Overview
Konyaaltı is Antalya’s western coast: 12 km of pebble promenade from the port to the Beydağları foothills, Taurus mountain views, and one of the city’s most recognizable beaches. Families and expats have chosen it for years — less hotel conveyor belt than Lara, more permanent seaside-city living.
Along the shore: park paths, bike lanes, beach sports zones, and Antalya N tram stops. Inland: Liman, Uncalı, and Hurma quarters with new complexes, schools, and retail streets. Prices are usually 10–20% softer than premium Lara with comparable sea access.
Konyaaltı suits year-round seaside living: Akdeniz University nearby, hospitals, Aqua Mall, and a direct tram into the center and Kaleiçi.

Property prices
$198,000 – $480,000

Investment perspective
Konyaaltı’s investment profile is stability more than explosive resort yield. Long-term rentals to families and expats are steadier than short-term stock in purely tourist belts. Liquidity is solid thanks to ongoing demand for seaside living. Promenade and view units hold value better; deeper inland, transport, parking, and developer quality matter more. For residence and primary living, the district often beats more “resort-only” locations.
Lifestyle
Mornings on the promenade or by the sea, daytime errands 20–30 minutes from the center, evenings in cafés with bay sunsets. It feels like a real place to live: supermarkets, schools, clinics, parks. Summers are busier, but you stay plugged into Antalya’s urban fabric. Ideal if you want the sea and workable everyday logistics.
Transport
Tram and buses run along the western coast; Antalya center is typically 20–35 minutes away. The airport is roughly 20–25 km (about 30–40 minutes by car). Many residents manage daily trips on public transport; a car helps for mountain areas and longer trips.
