Overview
Altıntaş sits by Antalya Airport (AYT), along the D400 and near Antalya Expo Center. Over the last 5–7 years a full cluster of new builds appeared: gated complexes with pools, 24–36 month installments, and prices 25–40% below Lara front line.
The sea is 8–12 km away (15–20 minutes by car to Lara Beach); Kaleiçi about 20–25 minutes. But the airport is 5–8 minutes: frequent flyers, families with EU/CIS flights, and handover-growth investors choose it.
Infrastructure is catching up: medical centers, schools, Migros and BİM stores — but not yet Konyaaltı-level promenade maturity. Buying here is a 3–7 year horizon plus developer due diligence.

Investment perspective
The classic Altıntaş play is off-plan entry, locked pricing, installments, and value uplift toward handover. Rental demand rises as new complexes fill, but beach short-term models are weaker than on the coast. Prioritize developer quality, delivery dates, density, and real construction progress. Filo Score and document checks matter even more here: the district is growing fast — and so is the spread in project quality.
Lifestyle
Day-to-day Altıntaş means new complexes, parking, courtyard pools, and a fast airport run. The sea is a short drive; the center takes a bit longer. It suits frequent flyers and investors who do not live in the unit daily. Families should check schools and services around the specific complex before buying.
Transport
Airport — 5–8 minutes. Sea (Lara) is usually 15–25 minutes by car; Antalya center about 20–30 minutes depending on traffic. Public transport exists, but most residents rely on a car for comfort.
Infrastructure
