Overview
Belek is Serik’s resort belt east of Antalya — a global golf capital: Carya, Gloria, Cornelia, and Montgomerie courses, Regnum Carya, Maxx Royal, Rixos hotels, and club beaches along the Mediterranean.
The format is hospitality: SPA, golf academies, restaurants, transfers. Antalya center is 35–50 minutes; AYT airport 25–35 minutes. Buyers take apartments and villas as second homes and for seasonal golf and beach tourism rentals.
For investors, Belek bets on affluent tourists and location brand. For living, it is a calm resort pace — less “ordinary city,” more 5★ service.

Property prices
$280,000 – $780,000

Investment perspective
Belek earns from the season and premium tourists: golf weeks, family holidays, corporate stays. Management is critical — without an operator and solid furnishing, yield is easily eaten by vacancy. Off-season demand softens, so the model must survive 4–6 quieter months. Liquidity is solid in known complexes and near golf infrastructure. For residence and personal use it works if the buyer accepts resort, not urban, daily life.
Lifestyle
Mornings on the course or by the sea, days in SPA and restaurants, evenings without city noise. Belek feels like a resort enclave: clean, service-led, calm. Full-time living may miss “ordinary city” density, but for seasonal stays and remote work with trips into Antalya it is very comfortable. Winters are quieter; summers fill with hotel guests.
Transport
Antalya Airport is about 25–35 minutes by car. Antalya center is usually 35–50 minutes. Inside Belek a car or transfer is easier; public transport is thinner than in city districts. For investors and second-home owners, the airport-to-complex run is a clear advantage.
